Nick Jonas says he has the flu, apologizes to fans for postponing Mexico show

Singer Nick Jonas has announced on Instagram that he has influenza A. On Friday, May 3, Nick announced that he will not be able to perform on stage due to his poor health. The Jonas brothers were scheduled to perform in Mexico this weekend.

Nick said in the video: “Hey everyone, it’s Nick. I have some not so great news to share. A few days ago I started feeling a little rough; I lost my voice when I woke up and it was grinding. out…For the past two, two and a half days it has been getting worse. I was in bed all day yesterday, fever, body aches, sore throat and a very bad cough.’ He added that his health had not “improved” after a doctor’s check-up.

Nick went on to say, “I just need to recover and beat these things. I’m so sorry. I hate to let you guys down. You guys do so much to support us. A lot of you guys traveled to that show. I just want to saying I’m heartbroken about this. Again, I’m really sorry, but I have to try to beat this thing.

In the caption, Nick shared the new dates for the show.

The Jonas brothers’ show will next be held in Ireland, followed by Britain, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy and Switzerland in September. The final show will take place on October 16 in Poland.
